Where we have worked/we work
DDI operates from its headquarters in Abuja and maintains project offices in Lagos, Kebbi, Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States, while supporting the implementation of projects across 23 other states through the provision of technical assistance to, and strategic partnerships with indigenous community-based organizations, businesses, cooperative societies, producer groups, and government agencies with shared values.
Since its inception in 2002, a total of 29 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja have benefitted from DDI-facilitated projects. They include Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, and the FCT – Abuja.
DDI constantly explores opportunities to expand its project’s reach and scope to all the states of the federation – depending on peculiar challenges and readiness of government and private sector collaborations, and donor focus.
